Labor Doula Services

1-2 In-person prenatal visits with development of birth plan and postpartum support plan, Phone/text/email support throughout entire pregnancy and postpartum, Labor support (hands on and virtual), Immediate Postpartum support for a minimum of 30 minutes (up to 2 hours), 1-2 Postpartum visits, preserve memory of birth experience by capturing moments through picture and/or video, Lactation support 

12 hours of support split into 4-hour sessions  

• Holding space to process the birth experience. Mental and emotional support, debrief of birth.
• Basic newborn care guidance, care for baby while mom rests
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying baby areas)
• Light errand support
   

24  hours of support split into 4-hour sessions 

• Holding space to process the birth experience. Mental and emotional support, debrief of birth.
• Basic newborn care guidance, care for baby while mom rests
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying baby areas)
• Light errand support

48  hours of support split into 4-hour sessions 

• Holding space to process the birth experience. Mental and emotional support, debrief of birth.
• Basic newborn care guidance, care for baby while mom rests
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying baby areas)
• Light errand support

• Lactation/breast feeding guidance (positioning, latching, supply concerns)
• Bottle feeding and combo feeding help
• Pumping support 
• Tracking feeds and baby’s cues
• Referral to Lactation Specialist if more advanced help is needed

• Bottle or breastfeeding support (bringing baby to parent if nursing)
• Diaper changes, burping, and soothing back to sleep
• Monitoring baby’s feeding/sleeping cues
• Bottle and pump part cleaning
• Light kitchen tidying or prepping a morning snack

Clients have the options of prenatal maternity photoshoot, birth footage, and/or a postpartum photoshoot.
